| Premier Automotive is great, friendly service when making appointments, great mechanics, and ease of pick up. We always spoke with Rueben for our '98 Land Rover Discovery, but we are thankful for the whole team. We were recommended this shop from another mechanic due to everyone else turning us down for the age/make of our car (even the dealership was wary of us). Premier was happy to have us, even if the car was falling apart. With all the issues we had with our Land Rover, Rueben and his team would list them honestly and prioritize which was a necessity vs something that can wait. This helped due to our budgets. We never feel pressured to do all the recommendations at once, and appreciate the honesty when it comes to what will make the car safer. That is one of the sole reasons we continue to come back to fix the now small issues on the car. In regards to timeliness, they always had openings and worked around my busy work schedule to help with drop off and pick up. We truly appreciate the hard work everyone here does, and happy to go back knowing the transparency they have in fixing our car. |
